I'm in the USA, will I be charged duty or taxes?
Orders to the USA under $800 are generally exempt from duty and taxes. We cannot make any guarantees about duty and taxes but you can read more about the general exemption here.
I'm in Canada, will I be charged duty or taxes?
We're proudly Canadian and ship from Canada so no duty applies. Currently, our thresholds are below the minimum amount required for collecting taxes, so sales taxes are not charged either.
